I’m Katy. I am 23 years old. Originally I’m from t’up North but moved down to London.
I made this blog to have a place where I can post anything and share things! And boy has it changed over the years. I post what I want so sometimes its food and sometimes it’s just word vomit on a subject I’m interested in. In case you’re interested the name What Katy Did Next comes from the series of books of the same title which I read as a little girl.
My posts will mainly focus on plant-based recipes, mental health and living, working and studying in London. My hope is to create a community where we can discuss any topic and a space I can be creative.
