These are a bit of a game-changer. Gooey brownies which a pecan surprise. Also, the recipe is very easy and there are no scary vegan ingredients that some recipes. Perfect afternoon treat or with ice cream as dessert.

Ingredients;
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup of water
- 100ml melted coconut oil
- Pecans
- Chocolate chips

Method;
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix together your dry ingredients
- Mix together the wet ingredients
- Mix the wet and dry together
- Add chopped pecans and chocolate chips
- Pour into a pre-greased baking tray
- Place pecans on the top
- Bake for 15 mins for the gooey centre and 18 mins for a more cakey texture
