Lockdown. We’re still in it even though we can go out more (in the UK anyway). I thought it would be a nice idea to collate some of the services I have come across that are doing deliveries that you can send to friends or family as gifts. This could be a gift for their birthday in lockdown or just something to make someone smile. Also even when lockdown is being lifted small businesses need our help more than ever.
The Sunny Spoon
This plantbased french patisserie is divine! And they ship worldwide! They offer truffles, cookies and cakes all vegan but still delicious. I really like this companies sustainable ethos which is still important during this global pandemic. What I also like is that there a different options to buy, singular or gift boxes depending on your budget. Perfect for a birthday present.

Crosstown Doughnuts
London based sourdough doughnut company. In normal circumstances they would have their shops open with deliveries and events happening. But right now they are delivering direct to you (London only sorry). They have a range of flavours from classic to more premium, vegan and non vegan. They provide gift boxes, working from home boxes and more simple options. I am slightly biased as I worked there before lockdown but doughtnuts are a perfect way to remind someone you love them!

Freddie’s Flowers
Seasonal and affordable flower delivery service. You can do a subscription service for yourself to get beautiful flowers every month or gift them to a friend. Perfect way to brighten up someones day. They also have online tips on how to arrange your delivered flowers to feel like a pro.

TheVeganKind Supermarket
One of my favourite online stores for all vegan goodness. They sell individual items you might not be able to find in your local shop but they also offer gift boxes. I have been gifted a few of these before and they are amazing. Wide variety of options and themed boxes are perfect for a birthday or wedding. I also think they are priced fairly, lots of vegan products can be a bit expensive but these aren’t going to break the band. Great if you just want to send someone a sweeties pick me up, recipe book or vegan mug set.
Tappd Cocktail
Cocktails delivered to my door? Yes, please! Premade cocktails from this Essex based company are a perfect addition to a zoom girls night or hen do. Or a date night with your loved ones or flat mates this would be a perfect addition. It’s not a bad thing to be drinking during the lockdown, it might help your sanity a little.

Plastic Freedom
My go-to shop for zero waste plastic-free products. They offer a variety of products but also gifts sets of beauty, candles, socks and chocolate. Perfect way for a guilt free present to your friends or yourself. This is a small business and I follow them on Instagram and love how much the company has grown.
Caravan Roastery
Do you know a coffee lover? Coffee is getting people through working from home. Caravan roastery have a great range of options on their website for coffee subscription and one time purchases. All their coffee is roasted in Holloway, London, by expert roasters. I have been to their Roastery HQ and the process does not involve cutting corner at all, they love the coffee and are proud of what they make. Perfect addition to someones coffee collection.

Tada and Toy Jewellery
A jewellery brand from two young designers. This brand has a conscience as they support wildlife charities and have charity collection sales. The jewellery is beautiful, all made with a purpose. They are doing Pearls for NHS with profits going to NHS charities and other gifting collections. Perfect birthday present or even a thank you gift for a friend or family member who has helped you out during this time.
