If you’re ever in a rush then this is a super quick smoothie packed full of goodness.
I had this smoothie after a morning glute workout and it was super tasty!
- 4 tablespoons of Blueberry Alpro Yoghurt
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of Blueberries
- A tablespoon of Hemp Powder
- A frozen banana
- Honey to taste
- As much milk as you like (soya, coconut or almond)
Blend it all up in a smoothie maker and enjoy!
It may not look that appealing but it is tasty and a good way to start the day after a workout!
