Quick Breakfast smoothie

If you’re ever in a rush then this is a super quick smoothie packed full of goodness.

I had this smoothie after a morning glute workout and it was super tasty!


  • 4 tablespoons of Blueberry Alpro Yoghurt
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • A tablespoon of Hemp Powder
  • A frozen banana
  • Honey to taste
  • As much milk as you like (soya, coconut or almond)

Blend it all up in a smoothie maker and enjoy!

It may not look that appealing but it is tasty and a good way to start the day after a workout!
